Fitness is Energy for Living. Strive to live life to the fullest!
In the 1990's, I was a Rehabilitation Engineer, whose job was to evaluate and customize environments for individuals with various levels of disability. Everything was customized to suit that person's unique needs. I became very adept at ergonomic worksite assessments. (For fun, I raced bicycles, hiked, rock climbed and whitewater canoed.)
